Why bulk is different

A single birthday party and a third-grade class are not the same problem, even though they're both "a bunch of bags." For bigger orders we coordinate things that a normal order doesn't need:

• A single delivery date for the whole order, so every bag arrives before the event — not in three boxes over three days.
• Consistent contents across the order, so every child gets the same experience.
• Labeling options where needed, so bags can be sorted by name, class, or group.
• A delivery window we agree on in advance, instead of the standard processing estimate.

What we can do

Things worth knowing

• Lead time. Standard orders: at least 7 days before your event. Larger orders need more — plan for two to three weeks so we can lock inventory without rushing.
• Allergy and dietary needs. Tell us upfront if there are specific allergies in the group, and we'll tell you exactly what each item is made of.
• Age range. Tell us the age of the children, because it changes what we recommend. A mixed 5–8 group and a mixed 4–6 group want different things.
• Themed vs. mixed. We can do a single theme for a whole order, or a mix across themes. Both are normal — just tell us which.

How to start a bulk quote

1. Send us the quantity, the date, the age range, and your preferred theme (or themes).
2. We reply within 1–2 business days with availability, a quote, and the delivery timeline.
3. You confirm, and we lock it in.
